Six of our amazing assistants recently visited Har-Ber High School to inspire and educate Veterinary Science students. They shared their passion for various veterinary fields and provided invaluable tips on gaining animal experience for a rewarding career in a clinic. Our nurses also demonstrated life-saving CPR techniques for dogs, teaching the students how to perform chest compressions.
This visit was a full circle moment for one of our assistants , Marelyn Mendoza, who returned to her old high school to guide and encourage students on their journey to success in the veterinary field. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Priest for welcoming us into her classroom and giving us the opportunity to make a difference in these students’ lives.
